Highly recommend What a fantastic team Gary and Lewis are. Not only did they do a great job in our utility room, but they were on time, polite, courteous and incredibly tidy. Gary also arranged any subcontractors needed and the job was amazing value for money. We have already booked Gary in for other work in the New Year.

Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. He and his side-kick, John, worked non-stop overcoming every issue our wonky victorian terraced could throw at them. I'm so relieved and impressed. He's now my go-to builder.

Only two companies expressed an interest in my exterior decorating job, the first being situated +/- 50 miles away which, logistically seemed less than ideal and certainly not local. The second, Haus Company, was closer to my location and was awarded the job. The team of two, Robbie and Paddy, worked hard during a torrid heatwave and completed the work in 5 days as planned. The finished work more than lived up to my expectations in terms of quality and I'm happy to recommend Haus Company.

Carl responded quickly to the request. He arrived on time and carried out the work with no issues. He worked carefully around new fitted furniture and was respectful to our property eg mixing plaster outside and changing footwear to go upstairs. M&A Property Specialists LTD is a family run business covering all aspects of Joinery and Building works. We thrive on the quality and finish of the projects we undertake. We have our own architects and structural engineers who provide all the required details for extensions, conversions and new builds. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working.
