John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

5 stars isn’t enough! • Communication: 10/10 – replied within minutes and kept us updated • Punctuality: arrived bang on time each day. Give us a very reasonable quote for the work and wasn't a penny more. • Quality: mirror-finish skimming, even on our old wonky cracked walls • Tidiness: no mess and had all the rubbish put away neatly Honestly, if you need plastering, just book him. Wish every tradesperson was this good.”
