Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.

We will be gaining access to the roof without scaffolding, which keeps the cost down and also using the correct equipment to clean the panles that will remove the build up of Lichen, Algae & any pollen / dust whilst still protecting the ARC on the face of the solar panels. Job done a few days ago, 1 or 2 pigeons still hanging around which was what Kevin said but no bird mess on the paving since he did the job which is a very good sign to indicate what Kevin done is working as there was always bird mess in the morning that needed cleaning. Marlon refitted my wall mounted bathroom fan heater which had exposed wiring. He replaced two wall switches - one had a chipped fuse cover and the other had wood filler smeared over it. He also replaced the broken metal back box to a double wall plug socket and refitted the socket outlet. He gave me a clear, comprehensive quote - no additional costs.
