He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Pleasant enough, but had the job completed in 5 minutes, using a peice of waterproof tape. He charged £160 for the job, which I thought was a bit excessive. I could have done it myself for the price of a roll of tape. Fortunately, the problem has been solved, which I was grateful for.
