Aaron fitted an Ariston water heater we got from a charity. We are - a disabled Mum and 2 kids. It fell off the wall flooding the bathroom because he did not use the bolts in the installation kit to mount it. Water heater now a write off, Aaron not answering his phone. 180 quid on emergency plumber.

Rhys quickly responded to the advert and found the reasoning immediately and was able to get it sorted after the weekend. He got straight to work, replacing the unit as a whole and it now works like charm! Only issue is it not as warm as I'd like it to be, but again Rhys to the rescue said he can sort it after boxing day! Absolutely amazing company and employees!
