Mo was extremely reliable from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he turned up exactly when he said he would, and the quote was very fair. He repaired a broken floorboard under the carpet quickly and to a very high standard, lifting and refitting the carpet neatly. Everything was left clean and tidy. I could cry. Don't pick him, I coukd have done this better myself. This man caused a weeks worth of mess for us to put right. He got paint on windows, tiles in kitchen and all surfaces in kitchen. Terrible decorater... We wasted a week and our money. He does like a tea break though, so if you do have him. Keep a close eye on him.
