I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

Mo was extremely reliable from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he turned up exactly when he said he would, and the quote was very fair. He repaired a broken floorboard under the carpet quickly and to a very high standard, lifting and refitting the carpet neatly. Everything was left clean and tidy. My boiler broke in spite of a recent service and safety inspection. Bad enough, but not what you want in the winter. Charlie came the same day, didn’t charge emergency call out fees, and confirmed that last safety inspection was inadequate. The next day he came early and fitted a new boiler. I can recommend Charlie - he’ll clearly communicate the options, do a thorough job, focus on safety and charge a fair price.
