AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance.
