We Do not have any call out charge which means to travel to you, for our labour we charge a minimum of £165 this includes the upto hours labour, if the Job takes longer than a hour we only charge by the half hour with 95% of our jobs are completed within the first hour. All prices are plus vat and if any parts are needed we will let you know the cost of these. I contacted Raymond re problem with facia missing. He replied promptly and came out to see the job and quoted best price. I initially gave him the job but i had decorators in at the time who persuaded me to get them to replace wood and paint it and gutters . I felt bad as he was going to come over to do job asap, everyone else was 2 to 3 weeks but he couldn't have been nicer when i said he wasnt needed and was glad the job was getting done. Good business manners in my mind.
