Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

Piotr and his team were polite, efficient and cleaned up everything so well that I hardly noticed they were there. This was a tricky job to replace a kitchen and home office floor after a flood. Lots of tricky corners and unusual cuts. The floor has been laid immaculately. I am delighted with the result and would highly recommend them!!
