Very open, honest tradesman who was very professional. He was open & friendly from first point of contact until completion of the job. I hadn't described what I needed very well, having not had experience of renovating a bathroom/loo before, but Liam was very helpful and professional. He came out quickly for a quote then again for doing the first fix, did a great job and was very friendly! I'm happy I went with Liam and am sure that he'll finish up the job just as well as he's started it. I'll not hesitate in using him again for any plumbing work. (I have a list of things needing done now lol)

Adam was polite, professional and friendly both on the telephone and in person. He scheduled a visit within two days and turned up exactly on time. He took the time to explain the options clearly and in full. He fixed the fault completely. Adam was respectful of the property, including tidying up afterwards. My impression is that Adam is totally honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use his services again when the need arises, and indeed will recommend him to family and friends.

An absolute star. Managed to put up with my wife's last minute changes, and additional work that just seemed to "crop up". Arrived when he said he would, clean, tidy, excellent. Will definitely use Donald again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Martyn's reply was prompt, he was able to service the gas fire at a time convenient to us and he was very knowledgeable. Not only that but he was courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and certainly will not be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future.
