Steve came out to quote the very next day. He juggled round jobs to get mine in which was fantastic. He was very friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. NOT RECOMMENDED - Extremely disappointing experience. I posted an insurance-related job on 3 August 2025 with a clear two-week deadline to repair a severely damaged kitchen ceiling. Lee from L P Projects Ltd initially responded, but arranging a site visit was unnecessarily complicated. Despite securing the morning appointment he requested, he cancelled without notice and never followed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, and no quote provided. This lack of professionalism wasted valuable time.

Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it.
