David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!

We would absolutely ask Marcus to come and help us out with our garden at any time. It was a complete wreck having had tenants in for a few years. In just a matter of four or five hours it have totally been transformed and we are delighted.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Terry and Glen laid laminate flooring in our hallway and dining room and floor tiles in the kitchen. we are really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending TDM to family and friends. we could find no fault with thier workmanship, reliability and the price was reasonable. all in all 100 per cent satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Built fitted wardrobes in the main bedroom, in the front room Jonas built a cupboard with book shelves in the alcove. Has done a suburb job (as well as being a really nice chap), the pricing was right and will be bringing him back to do further work in the house in due course. Thank you Jonas!

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

Robert understood what I was trying to build but the best part is that he comes with a lot of creative ideas. The library was build well and I am locking him done for future jobs. He does not rush the work rather giving detail to every inch. Thank you so much

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Quality workmanship from start to finish by Sergio and his team. The guys were very helpful and obliging to all that was asked. Sergio is very knowledgeable and was always on hand to provide advice and let us know the next steps on the job. We have decided to get Sergio to do the other bathroom as well
