ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

I used Mike to build a wall and put up some wooden fencing and he was so good that I have employed him for several other jobs now. He is great to deal with and has competitive prices and a high standard of work. I'd highly recommend you consider him for your work.

Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and reasonable in price. Very tidy cleaned up as he was doing the job and afterwards. Mike took very good care of carpets, walls etc as he was doing my job. Would recommend Mike.

First class job of our fencing and building of our chicken enclosure. David was reliable, conscientious and trustworthy. He turned up when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. He also didn't charge the earth but gave a very fair price in my opinion. We would definitely use his services again.

Great team and work. All work was completed with each phase being completed as described. Clean, tidy and professional keeping disturbance to the neighbours down to the minimum. Will be using these guys again for my next project.

Work has now been completed by Richard. An excellent job as so many alterations were needed to get to the finish line. So very pleased and would highly recommend Richard. We have asked Richard to come back to do a further job for us when he is free to do so.

Dave is hard working, very reliable and very professional. He discussed any changes from my original plan he thought would improve things but never forced his ideas, always embracing compromise. Chris came to quote for the job quickly and suggested ideas to help us with our kitchen renovation. He kept in touch throughout and arrived on time to complete the work. The finish of the work from Chris and also the plumber he organised to plumb the sink, tile, reconnect the gas hob and seal was excellent and we are very happy with the completed job. Any complications found were quickly dealt with and no extra charge was added. We would not hesitate to recommend Mitchell Construction.
