George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Quoted a good price and visited quickly to review damage. Arrived a few days later and completed all work in one day. A couple attended and one fixed gaps with wood filler and sanded excess off while the other painted…They worked fast a whole day no breaks or drink offered. They tool a full day for £100 each. Excellent would have them again.

Turned up promptly and explained what they were going to do. They came back the following day when they realised some of the work was not quite right. The work was done to a high standard and I would not hesitate to use them again.

He laid laminate flooring in my kitchen & hall, did ceiling cladding and painted my doors and kitchen walls. I am delighted with the finished job. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
