AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

I have posted more than 1 job and not only was most of his text illegible but also incoherent. I don't know which jobe he was asking about, but given that, my jobe will go without being done.

We made a mistake by hiring Plumb Monkey for this job. The cost of the job doubled as soon as our old bathroom unit had been removed and the standard of their work leaves a lot to be desired. The shower unit leaks, the sink taps were not installed properly, the silicone beading was done very poorly, the toilet wobbles, the tile grout cracked within two weeks of them leaving the job. Basic errors were made on the first fix which needed to be remediated. Nice enough guys but not very skilled plumbers/bathroom

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
