Mark responded very quickly and on a Sunday as it had been pouring with rain and the problem was a leaky roof, so very thoughtful. He was very contactable which is very refreshing and arrived when he said he would. The job has been carried out the very next day and has been done very well. I am extremely happy with the work and how it was done. Mark and his employee were very friendly and professional and left everything nice and tidy. Thank you for a job well done and at a good price.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

I booked Daniel to refurbish my kitchen & various other parts of my flat. He attended on short notice to discuss my requirements. He understood the brief & made useful suggestions. Over the course of 2 weeks he worked extremely hard, going out of his way to do a first class job. He was polite, friendly & professional. The quote was very reasonable & there were no surprises or extras. Most importantly the results exceeded my expectations. If you want someone who will take care of everything he's your man.

Neil did a fantastic job! He is a master of his craft and went above and beyond with his expert advice. He worked quickly and cleanly, arrived on time, and was finished on schedule. New to the area and was looking for someone reliable and skilled for job. Scott came around and did initial measurements before sending a very reasonable quote across. Work was done over two days and to a very high standard. The new doors are well built and installed and are exactly what I was looking for. Scott was really helpful from the start, very personable throughout, answering questions that came up and advising how best to maintain the new doors going forward. Will definitely hire again.

Overall, very happy with the work Oleg and Slav did, they were very professional and took pride in their work. Only thing to improve on would be communication and punctuality. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Not only were Tim and Brian the best tradesmen who we have had, they were the tidest, most reliable, trustworthy people I have had work in my home. They stuck to the quote, fixed every problem that arose, made it as stress free as possible and were super friendly. They will be my first call for any future work that needs doing. They knocked down the wall between our kitchen and dinner and fitted a whole new kitchen... Couldnt be happier.

The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.
