The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Parsa and the team were quick to discuss the job and come to do the work. However, there was miscommunication between Parsa and the team member doing the job (eg height of tiles). Furthermore, the reason for the one star review is that the job was poorly executed. Backing board was not used for part of the work, and was not fixed elsewhere. Within three days, edge tiles came off and bowing of countertop tiles was visible. Parsa did not reply to follow up communication. Paid another tiler to redo the job.

Dan worked long days to get the job finished on time and was always courteous and friendly. He was excellent value for money and provided all receipts for materials that he had bought. The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. He completed a number of fiddly jobs with no fuss and left the house tidy at the end of each days work. We would recommend Dan for good value and workmanship on any bathroom refurbishment.

Came out on a Saturday to give quote with in 20 mins of telephoning me! fitted new boiler on next working day! Fantastic work would highly recommend!!
Although not the cheapest quote and he didn't do plastering to repair the channeling he did, he was professional, did exactly what I requested, installed the lights and switches for isolation purposes and it took about 3 hours or so. He was unable to turn up for the original appointment, a job he had took longer than expected, but he came two days later. Make sure you know a plasterer if your job needs channeling doing in your walls.

Fitted the cooker - no problems.
T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.
