Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.
