I would call these people 1st no matter what. I had mother's house cleared out from top to bottom. Sent me videos of after the clearance was complete and so cheap your fall off your chair. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.
