I had a new sink installation to be done in my clinic room and also changed and repositioned a toilet for my bathroom and also fitted a new sink in there too along with installing hot water in my bathroom along with my other room. Bad job for me because he recommended for me to replace washing machine, but it turned out the dishwasher was leaking and the washing machine is 100% fine. Poor communication on billing also had including a surprise charge for 2 electrician's which I didn't like. And I could have sold a good washing machine and kept a faulty dishwasher if I trusted his advice.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
