We are a wood flooring company. I have over 15 years experience on fitting and sanding on all types off wood flooring. My services are-all types of wood floor fitting, sanding and restauration, repairs, gap filling, staining, stair fittings and sanding, sealing, oiling and maintenance.
Vasile was amazing. He committed to a date and arrived as promised. He and his friend worked professionally for over 2 days and left the place tidy. There was a very slight issue which I noticed after the job was completed. He came back after a few days and in a few minutes fixed that too. Excellent comms and work ethichs.
Andre was extremely polite, communicated without delay, did the job very cleanly, and used good knowledge to figure out the best way to get the most storage into the area. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend Andre’s work to others. Thank you Andre :-)

Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. Carl and his fantastic team did an excellent job, relining both upper and lower ponds and the connecting stream. They created shelves where there were none before and made entry and exit to the larger pond far safer. They discussed all aspects of the work with us, listening to our requests. Returning the feisty frogs to the pond afterwards became Tim's job! They also replaced 3 large fence panels brilliantly. Overall, we would happily recommend New Dawn to anyone wanting any gardening and pond work.

Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
