Petru and his crew were great, he kept me informed of what he was doing and when. The place looks great. He was well in budget and went the extra mile for me. He was consistently friendly and polite. He kept an eye on the project the whole time and was always prompt to reply to any queries I had.

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Our previous gardeners work was awful and they left our garden in a very poor state. We found Paul from Horti-Cultured, I spoke to him on the phone and he was very polite and helpful. He posted me a quote and a booklet with photos of his previous work, the quote was very reasonable and the photos showed the quality of his work. I am pleased to say Paul is now our new gardener and I would highly recommend him as after only 2 visits so far my garden is looking great.

Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Great guys, came on time as promised, very polite and helpful. Called them for 1 flat, ended up giving them 2 flats. They happily came back to finish off minor snagging works. Highly recommended, will use again.

It was a long job and the guys were very helpful and completed the job in good time. I was happy to pay for the extra time/work needed to complete the job, as I had under budgeted. The result was great and I was very pleased with the finish of the laminate in the flat.

The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. Silviu and his team did a neat and tidy job, on time and within the budget agreed. They went out of their way to help with collecting and delivering the materials needed, because of the time constraint and I really appreciate that gesture. Lisa is very hardworking and a lovely person. I have no worries about leaving Lisa alone in my house to get on with the job knowing it will be completed to an excellent standard.
