Great quote ,great job, however ask for the roofer to return to resolve an issue has been very problematic. Agreed to come back. Not even contacted me . Reluctantly leaving this, but have given enough chances to reply.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Contacted very promptly. Very easy to communicate with. This was a communal repair with my neighbour. Unfortunately we did not use this Company as unknown to me my neighbour had already contacted another local roofer she knew. They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.
