Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I have public liability insurance upto 1 million pounds from mmac and if you want the policy number please ask and I will be happy to provide it
