Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones.
