Ritchie was fantastic in terms of responsiveness to my task posting, quick in terms of quoting for the job, and he scheduled and completed the job within a very fast timescale. Compared with others who responded to my job posting he was a bit more expensive — but I decided that the extra cost was worth it because he was so prompt and gave me confidence in what he was doing.

Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. His knowledge and contacts were invaluable and he managed this all. Always kept me aware of costs and timing. I would recommend him to anyone. Roy McAloon

The job was to cover the newish but paint peeling wooden fascia’s with aluminium to minimise future maintenance. Neal did the job extremely well, on time and to budget. There was no mess, any waste he took away. He is a very pleasant person, very reliable. What more would I want?

Karl and Nigel were punctual and efficient. They attempted to mend my garage door before having to admit that the only solution was a new door, which Karl ordered for me. Once the door had been delivered they very quickly completed the job. Both very helpful. The outcome is a completed professional job. I will have no hesitation in contacting Karl for any other work I need to have done in the future.

During the quotation Jamie was very professional, explained all the options available to me without being pushy and still within my budget. Cheaper than two other company’s I went ahead with GA Hoizons. Within 6 days surveyor came to measure windows and within 24 days windows were installed from initial deposit. Builders were very quick (2days installation of 6 windows) and cleaned up afterwards. Graham was also great with communications throughout the progress. Very satisfying experience. Recommended.

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.
