Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
