Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. A well deserved 5 stars. Arrived exactly on time as agreed and did a very nice install of the kitchen laminate flooring. The 2 workers were very carefull and friendly and hoovered up everywhere before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending Inspire for laminate flooring and also any Electrical Work.
