We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Stuck to the price quoted and answered every question I threw at him with in depth knowledge! The work carried out itself I cannot fault, it is absolutely immaculate. Couldn't of asked for anyone better to do the work! 10/10 for every aspect from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
