Andy quoted me for the main job (kitchen refurb) and carried out two smaller jobs in the meantime while I am still planning. Excellent standard of work, quick, and a nice guy. Will be using him again in the near future.

We had a visit from James to quote on our plastering requirements and instantly felt relaxed with him. The walls were incredibly uneven and heavily textured artex ceiling but we were reassured that although it was a challenge James talked through with us what he would do to prepare the surfaces and make good for a good plastered finish. Once a date was agreed James was prompt and reliable and worked extremely hard. He was a conscientious and tidy worker and the final finished work exceeds our expectations

I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

Paul came to the rescue when I was let down by another tradesman at the last minute. Thanks for a reliable, friendly and professional service. The porch tiling looks great, Paul kept the costs low for me as I had a tight budget. Would recommend to others.

Vasile layered floor tiles in our kitchen and we are very happy with the work he did.Our kitchen floor wasn't ideal but he did an excellent job in leveling up the floor.

Would highly recommend Plumb and Tile Chelmsford. Scott and Gavin have made a lovely job of our small ensuite. Scott was calm and professional even when faced with some unforseen plumbing problems. It was a pleasure having them working in our house - they were reliable, friendly and always tidied up at the end of the day. Would definitely have them back for any future projects.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Mark kindly undertook this relatively small rendering job. He arrived when he said he would on the two mornings; quoted fairly (reducing the price when the job was, in the end, smaller); cleared up and cleaned up afterwards - all in all highly recommended, I would certainly call him again. Visited site for a survey and made sure they understood the scope. When the cold weather stuck they called to put the work off and then arrived prompt on the date booked. Very neat finish and they cleared up very well afterwards. Thank you LMA!
