Very friendly duo. Spent a fair few hours trying to find the problem, replaced water damaged items with no mess, fuss or problems especially as my ariel and cables gave them the run around. Very tidy and thorough, would not hesitate to call them back for similar work.

Hi My name is Llyw I am a qualified joiner and have been in the trade for the past 14 years. In the past I have worked in the joinery industry working to very high standards producing hardwood windows, doors , shopfronts etc. Once I felt my time had come to an end in this role I worked closely with an investor sourcing , purchasing, project managing and renovating property. In more recent years I have been working within the kitchen installation and renovation industry. This can vary from supplying and installing kitchens from many of your well known kitchen manufacturers to installing high end bespoke framed kitchens. I now feel I have found the industry I truly enjoy and take great pride in my work and service I provide. With my background in producing high end joinery products and working to fine tolerances I can ensure a quality installation, finish and product. Due to project managing the renovation of properties I can also ensure I complete projects within the given timescales from the initial planning stages through to completing the full installation.

From the minute Dave came to quote for the job he immediately knew what he was doing and made some great suggestions to what was a strange request! I had a couple of other quotes and all the builders were stumped with the bizarre pipe work in my garage and how they would work it. Dave knew from the start and his confidence in knowing the job could be done to a high standard was reassuring. It is nearly complete bar a few snags and I have been very impressed by all the team

I am Absolutely Delighted with the work that has been completed by Safehands Property Services. The job posted was a leaking shed roof, which was repaired very neatly and effectively. Since then Safehands have also completed levelling some land, laying slabs and bark chips. All work was done to a Very high standard. Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Extremely pleased with the whole process and I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole time. I would highly recommend Ben.
