Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
