Glenn has just finished installing a new laminate floor in my living room, dining room and hallway. He has made an excellent and thorough job. He always turned up on time, both for giving the quote and for laying the flooring. He helped me immensely during the planning and when I was buying the flooring, thresholds and underlay. I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.
