I don't usually leave negative feedback. But in this case I have been left no option. I had the work carried out laying solid oak floors which cost me £1600. Within a very short space of time I realised the floor was lifting and gaps appearing in the floor. In the summer the floor expanded and started pushing the doors and edges. At this point I contacted the tradesman to no satasfactory outcome. I'm so annoyed I spent all this money sourced a trader through a reputable site and still the floor looks a mess

We hired them to undertake repair and replacement works to the fire doors at two of our homes and they completed everything to a high and compliant standard. At city maintenanced we have a wide range of skill sets so that home owners can think of any project be it bathroom , outside deck area chimney and wall removal and we can accommodate . We can work within your budget using ideas and experience from the past . We like to start on time finishing on time clean up after completion and most importantly make it a happy non stressful occasion ,lets face it some jobs are quite large so keep the disruption to a minimum

Mark and Lee installed a new bath and shower with associated tiling new lighting and extractor they paid attention to finished detail I am extremely happy with works. Turned up on the date agreed and worked continuously until the work was completed

We were happy with the kitchen and work (apart from late start and finish / lack of communication), but the kitchen has been in for less than a year and the new floor that was laid is splitting. The underlay wasn’t installed correctly so the joints on the vinyl tiles have split. We’re going to have to have it all removed and done again, properly. Very disappointing.
