Ryan was extremely helpful in helping me ensure that everything was ready for the worktops. He was very careful in setting out the worktops which were installed to a very high standard. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Roof is still leaking just weeks after he ‘fixed’ it. Darren Sawyer is refusing to come back or refund the money. He has simply said that we need to start over with a new roof and will not reply to any messages.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
