They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Mark has completed my work to a very high standard. He left the site clean and tidy. He and his team have a friendly approach. Mark was very reliable and flexible in his work schedule and kept us informed of progress at all times.

Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.

Simon has exceeded all expectations, there was quick initial contact and a detailed quote. The work performed was exceptional, problem solving, clean and professional work. They did an amazing job and very quickly. They really went above and beyond to make sure they could fit the job in at a suitable time for us and even thoroughly cleaned up the area after they were finished. They really knew their stuff as well and helped us make decisions about the flooring. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their flooring done.

Outstanding service and quality work, Steve was extremely reliable and tidy, ensuring he left the house in a perfect state at the end of each day and turning up promptly each morning. He was also very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy at each stage of the job. He's also fantastic with kids - couldn't recommend him enough!
