Karl was very prompt in replying to our enquiry, he turned up on time to provide us with a quotation and we arranged a day for the work to be completed. Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. He turned up on time and carried out the work with great efficiency and got the job done to our total satisfaction.

Joe did a great job of putting a wooden garden gate up for us. It turns out we'd bought a gate that wasn't the right size, but Joe managed to make it work without a problem and was professional and friendly throughout. Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

Steve was the best priced roofer who came to view our job. He worked hard and efficiently. He was reliable and easy to contact. He came back to look at the roof again as the problem wasn’t fully fixed the first time. He did not charge me again for coming out twice
