This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. On this occasion I only had 1 reply so was grateful to get the job done but it comes at a price.
Chris did a great job on my flat roof; replacing the old felt roof for a new GRP fibre glass one, including replacing all the boards, facias and guttering. He is reliable and will explain anything you want to know about the job. He is very organised, works hard and tidies up afterwards.
