Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
