Also told us about aftercare and gave us an instruction booklet. We felt very comfortable with him, had a nice chat and also talked about further works we might have done. Work was done effectively and efficiently, some unforeseen problems were dealt with at no extra cost to me. Although I’m sure they were a time issue to Nick. His going the extra mile at no change of price was much appreciated.
Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
