Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. Job- fit shower tray, door and mixer bar. For Dementia/alziemers 92 yr old lady owner. Arrived 3pm. Within 2hrs of starting, asked for payment. 3.5 hrs later, Dust everywhere, gave them £250 to keep them happy, they left with just laying the tray. 9pm started getting threatening calls from workers telling me to come to door as he’s outside waiting for payment! Several calls later… I called police! No one around my mother’s house! Now we’re £250 down. Don’t use this Company.

John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.
