Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. Visited the house, viewed the job, quoted a price and time to do the job. Turned up on time, did a good job and did NOT inflate the cost. Before leaving he left a phone number so he could be contacted to return should there be any problem with his workmanship. A very satisfied customer.

Nigel, came to quote and sent his man Peter to do the work. All I can say is that I'll always use these guys for any carpentery in the future. Peter was amazing, very high quality work, helpful, nothing was a problem or an issue. Brilliant 'can do' attitude . A rare find and not too expensive.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda

James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

Excellent job. Perfect. The job was completed as requested with no hassle - he even vacuumed at the end of each day. I've already asked him to do more jobs for me!
