Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.
