Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.

Ross arrived for the quotation as agreed and the work was started and finished promptly. He removed all the waste from the project and I'm really pleased with the outcome of the work.
