I am a tradesman that believes in old fashioned valves a builder should arrive on time on the day they have arranged with the customer and stay on that job until it is finished, I will not be juggling 3 or 4 jobs and letting you down.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway.
