First time I have used this service. Dale was brilliant - he contacted me within a few hours of the job going up - arrange to come and give me a quote the next night - which was very reasonable - I agreed he could do the job - he came back the next day and completed it to a very high standard in a few hours - I couldn't rate CDR Decking and Gates highly enough for the service and standard ! We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.
