The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

AVOID. Job: Replace leaky leaky asbestos garage roof, replace garage door, increase roof height, board the interior and fit electrics for lighting and power points. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
