I posted a job and got quotes quicker than I expected. I spoke to one company and arranged a date and time for a quote but they did not turn up. I had already arranged another for the next day and they did turn up and rang me while at my home to give me a price. The cost was half the cost the first company had quoted when I rang them to find out if they had turned up.i was pleased with the cost and the work done. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
