Since then, MUSCLE AND MOTOR has become skilled and very popular for all kinds of light haulage, removals including house, garage and garden clearance, moving furniture from Bedfordshire to Land's End or John O'Groats, or from upstairs to downstairs!. We build flat-pack furniture, re-locate offices, and even moved an aspidistra to Aberystwyth!
